With fresh seafood flown in four times a week from Toyosu Market, Tokyo, the menus present the best of the season at down-to-earth prices.

LUNCH OMAKASE MENU

The lunch set menu begins at $48 for a wagyu don, while the lunch omakase comprises Ai (love) - $68, Rikai (understanding) - $98, Shinrai (friendship) - $198, and Shinsetsu (kind) - $198. 

DINNER OMAKASE MENU

There are five omakase-only dinner selections. The must-try signature Yujo ($288) - friendship and Shinzoku ($348) - kinship are where chef Fong’s creativity is unleashed in his seasonal Chef’s Signatures. Savour chef Fong’s specialty aburi sushi alongside appetiser, carpaccio, sashimi and other season’s best. Sapoto (support) - $148, Hogo (protective) - $198, and Chusei (loyalty) - $198, are also available for those with smaller appetites or who want to focus on sushi.
